KT CL 03 : SOUTHERN DISCOVER TOURS -14 Days

The characteristic of Mekong Delta is river life. Daily activities of local people are associated on the Mekong delta with boat as main mean of the transportation. After arrival in Cai Be, a boat will take you to the floating market busy with buyers and sellers bargaining and exchanging their goods from the boats....

Day 1: HOCHIMINH CITY ( D )
Arrival. Meeting at the airport, transfer to the hotel. Overnight  in Saigon

Day 2: TAY NINH - CU CHI TUNNELS ( B, L, D )
An unforgettable excursion to Cao Dai Holy See in Tay Ninh with stopover at Tan Phuoc pottery village. Attend the noon -tide religious ceremony at Cao Dai Great Temple . Lunch. On the way back, visit to remarkable Cu Chi underground tunnels. Return to Saigon . Dinner and overnight in Saigon .

Day 3: MYTHO ( B, L, D )
AM: Transfer to MyTho with stop-over at Long An museum see the artifacts of ancient Oc Eo culture. Cross Mekong river by boat. Row-boat along small creeks to mekong river estuary. Motorized boat ride to Con Phung ( Phoenix island ). See the manufacture handicraft made from coconut trees.
PM: Boat ride along natural creeks and villages in Mytho. Visit orchards, bee-keeping farm, taste natural honey & honey wine, enjoy tropical fruit, enjoy the traditional folk song of the Mekong Delta area. See round a distillery and coconut candy production process. Taste cabdy and coconut pulp. Check-in hotel. Free for dinner. Overnight  at Mytho.

Day 4: CAIBE - VINH LONG ( B, L, D )
Transfer to Cai Be. Boat cruise to visit bustling floating market and visit to lush orchard islet, bonsai garden and local homes. Lunch at the garden. Continue to go to Vinh Long by boat. Disembark. Check-in hotel. Free for dinner. Overnight  at Vinh Long.

Day 5: VINH LONG - CAN THO  ( B, L, D )
AM: Transfer to Can Tho. Check-in. Lunch at Cantho. PM: Visit to Khmer Pagoda - Binh Thuy temple, Can tho University, Mekong Delta rice research institute, Song Hau farm (the most affectively model farm in Viet Nam including sample of Agronomy - Animal - Husbandry - Fisheries ), Bamboo Village, stork sanctuary, walking on the village path, seeing the views of the village. Boat trip from stork sanctuary to the car. Back to Can Tho. Dinner on floating restaurant.

Day 6: CAN THO - CHAU DOC ( B, L, D )
AM: Departure from Ninh kieu wharf. Sightseeing views along Hau river side to see daily activities of the people living. Stop over at a fruit garden. PM: Transfer to Chau Doc by car. Visit Islamic Mosque of Cham people. Then proceed to Mount Sam to view panorama of Chau Doc and Viet Nam - Cambodia border.watching the sunset from Mount. Overnight  in Chau Doc.

Day 7: CHAU DOC - CAN THO ( B, L, D )
Take a boat trip from Chau Doc to Can Tho. Stop over at the floating village of fish-breeding rafts. Arrival at a tourist island near Can Tho for over night in Home Stay, sharing the night with local people.

Day 8: CAN THO - FLOATING MARKET - SOC TRANG ( B, L, D )
Proceed to to Soc Trang . On the way stop over to visit the well-known Phung Hiep floating market by boat. It is also named " Seven water ways " because it is the place where seven canals joined together.Visit the place where boat made by local poeple. Arrival Soc Trang. Visit Bat Pagoda, Clay Temple, Khmer Museum . Return to Can Tho. Dinner and overnight at Can Tho.

Day 9: BAC LIEU - CA MAU ( B, L, D )
Coach trip to BacLieu. Visit to bird sanctuary and Khmer temple. Arrival at Ca Mau. Dinner and Overnight  in Ca Mau. (The Southernmost town in Mekong Delta)

Day 10: CA MAU ( B, L, D )
Boat trip to the cajeput reserve of UMinh forest. Then visit shrimp breeding ponds . Visit to the very special jail named Cai Tau. It is a jail without barbed wire. Overnight  in Ca Mau.

Day 11: CA MAU - NAM CAN - DAT MUI  ( B, L, D )
Boat trip to visit Ca Mau Cape, the southernmost land of Viet Nam. Take photos. Back to Nam Can small town for lunch and visit to shrimp breeding ponds, mangrove forest. Overnight  in Ca Mau.

Day 12: CA MAU – SAIGON ( B, L, D )
Am : depart to Saigon at 7h00. Lunch on route.

Pm : 18h00 Arrive Saigon . Overnight at hotel.

Day 13: SAIGON - MUI NE ( B, L, D )
Transfer to MuiNe beach, where you can relax and swim at the nice and convenience with full facilities resort. Then you can visit to fishing village and sand dune. Overnight at Mui Ne.

Day 14: MUI NE - SAIGON - DEPARTURE ( B  )
Back to Sai Gon. Then transfer to the airport for departure.
